The above file is a billing confirmation XLS file sample
It has three columns. The first corresponds to job reference, the middle one is Load Id, and the last column is total price.
You don’t need to include entries in the Load Id column, but you can if it helps to narrow down the matching.
You load this by right clicking on the company and selecting “Load Billing Confirmation”. Then Truckcom will show you a page which highlights any differences detected.
